Registration

Registration Times

FIRE holds registration for classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00am-noon. Please stop by our school during these times to register. The registration process takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you are unavailable during these times, please call 651-224-4728 ext. 111 to set up an appointment. Thank you for your interest in FIRE!

Social Service Providers

FIRE wants to help your clients! To assist with their registration process, please download our application, referral form, and personal education plan (PEP). Once registered, FIRE can help your client improve his or her language skills and get on the road to self-sufficiency.

Public Transportation: Buses #16, #21, #50, and #94 stop directly in front of the church.

Learner Intake Forms

Please complete this form with your client. Please have your client bring this form, the referral form, and the Personal Education Plan (PEP).

Referral Form

This form covers all of the basic information that the registration staff will need to know about your client and their needs. Please make sure that it is accompanied by a learner intake form and a personal education plan (PEP).

Personal Education Plan (PEP)

With your client, please mark one goal you'd like them to be able to reach within one year with today's date. Please have your client bring this form along with the learner intake and referral forms.
